Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
